Request a Custom QuoteWhat counts as a standard page? A regular content page such as Home, About Us, Services, Gallery, FAQ or Contact. Custom booking systems, customer dashboards, online shops, advanced automations or AI chatbots are not standard pages — they are quoted separately as individual projects.
What is a revision round? A revision round includes a collected list of reasonable adjustments to the agreed website design and existing content — for example correcting text, replacing images or making minor layout adjustments. Please send all requested changes for a round together in one message. Additional pages, new functionality or fundamental changes to an already approved design are not included and will be quoted separately.
Estimated delivery times The estimated development period begins once the project scope has been agreed and all required content, images and business information have been provided. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and customer feedback.
All prices are starting prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged.
Once your website is completed, you receive the usage rights agreed in your contract.
You can choose to manage your website independently or subscribe to one of my optional care plans.
If you choose to manage your website independently, I will arrange a standard handover to your own hosting and management accounts at no additional charge.
Important: Ongoing domain, hosting and third-party service fees are not included in the one-time website development price unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

No. All maintenance plans are completely optional. You can manage your website independently.
Yes. You can request a maintenance plan at any time. I will first review the website's technical setup.
Yes. I can arrange the agreed website handover and assist with migration if required.
The initial domain and hosting setup is included in the website price. If you choose a care plan, standard hosting costs are covered by it. Domain and other third-party fees are agreed separately.
You can request individual paid updates or choose one of my optional maintenance plans.
Yes. All website packages include responsive design for smartphones, tablets and desktop computers.
Yes. Hosting administration and standard hosting are included in all care plans — up to 10 GB of data transfer per website per month, which is plenty for a typical small business website. If your website regularly needs more, or you want premium hosting services or third-party subscriptions, I will discuss this with you first. No additional costs are charged without your prior agreement.
Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period following your notice — so if you cancel during your current billing month, your plan ends when the next billing month ends. There is no long-term commitment.
As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge VAT. No VAT is added to the prices shown.
